Four generations of recipes, one family
Goya Meza learned to cook in Silver City, New Mexico, from her husband's family, and ran her own place there for years. When her youngest son José said he wanted a restaurant of his own, the family packed up and moved to Tucson. Goyita's opened in Oro Valley in 2016. The Green Valley restaurant followed at the end of 2023, and today it's the only Goyita's.

The bar pours house and flavored margaritas, plenty of draft beer and a long list of tequila. The TVs are big and football Sundays are a thing here. When the weather's nice, grab a seat on the patio.
